Jim Blake is the CEO of Unity World Headquarters, the nonprofit organization that oversees the facilities of Unity, which helps people of all faiths and cultures apply positive spiritual principles in their daily lives. This show has somewhat knowledgeable hosts and interesting guests, but unfortunately the audio quality is so bad that I can’t listen anymore. One host is at comfortable audio volume and the other is totally over amped and distorting. A good producer could save this. It really makes me wonder if the hosts ever review their own show.

He received his Ph.D. in psycholinguistics/cognitive science from Harvard in 1971 and spent the next 15-plus years working mainly in experimental parapsychology. Later, at the University of North Carolina, he studied human cortical adaptation to tactile stimuli. He returned to psychical research in 2002, serving as lead author of Irreducible Mind (2007) and Beyond Physicalism (2014) under the auspices of the Esalen Center for Theory and Research. He is now president of the Cedar Creek Institute, where he researches altered states in exceptional subjects. Brother Prafullananda has been a monk of the Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) monastic community since 1983. Born in North Carolina and raised in Gainesville, Florida, he earned undergraduate and Masters degrees in music education and performance from Lawrence University in Wisconsin and Florida State University, respectively.  Brother Prafullananda—whose name means “Bliss through cheerfulness”—is the minister in charge of the SRF San Diego Temple. He has served in SRF’s Publications and Editorial Departments and currently speaks on Paramahansa Yogananda’s teachings throughout the world.Brother Tyagananda ("Bliss through Inner Renunciation") has been an SRF monk since 1987.
