I have often recommended to many people to ask Archangel Michael to clear your energy each evening, or before you go to sleep.  I’ve recently been guided to help out the process a bit with this short meditation.  Each time you listen to it, he is present and clearing you and cutting all negative cords.  I suggest listening daily at the end of your day, before you go to sleep.  Even if you fall asleep, the work will be done.
