This week I'm chatting again to Tamie who has recently started counting macros. I wasn't sure I knew anything about this, but as we spoke, I realized that this is precisely what I had to do after my weight loss surgery. For Tamie, she is being directed to increase her protein to levels I would not be able to attain. It's tricky learning a new weight loss/maintenance program, so thanks to Tamie for taking us along on the ride. Choosing something that will work for you and your lifestyle can require many attempts at different programs.
