EPISODE 1933: I Am You Are…

What’s "enough" anyway? Today I'll show you how to measure "enoughness", and a new way of looking at it. When looking at "enough," the dictionary uses words like satisfaction, abundance, purpose, need, want, desire, sufficient, suitable, fit, adequate, and as good as necessary. The three most powerful for redefining "enoughness" are: 1. Needs. 2. Wants. 3. Desires. According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs our basic needs are: Physiological, Safety, Love/Belonging, Esteem, and Self-Actualization. The highest fulfillment of need is the feeling that you're enough. It's when you are being fully YOU, and fully expressed as you. Do you know what that looks and feels like for you? What do you really want in your life? It begins with redefining your wants and replacing them with your desires. So your desires can become your reality. Where are you on a scale from 1-10 in living the life that you desire? What would make it a 10 for you? Perhaps ENOUGH is simply being present to what is, and the desires in your heart. What if enough isn’t about a number, a dollar amount, a size or fit…but that YOU FIT in your life...AND you feel fitting. There’s a sense of fulfillment, because you’re AWARE. What would that look and feel like in your life? NOTHING will be ENOUGH until you say it’s enough. What does you being good enough really mean to you? How about dropping the “enough”, and simply say I AM GOOD…WELL… It’s really NOT even about "ENOUGH." Simply, yet powerfully stated, I AM. (You are. We are.) Please grab your SACRED S.O.L. EPISODE 1930: Why She Doesn’t Like Dating

This is for those moments when you’re at the end of the road, the edge of the cliff — the beginning of something… So, now what? Today I'll show you... The “unexpected” allows us to go so much deeper than what we thought we would, should, or could…to discover what’s really there. The NEXT… It allows us to find out and discover what’s there in our NOW, to create the NEXT. So…Now What? Sometimes this can be the scariest question after something unexpected happens, or something new is about to begin. So instead, I encourage you to look at NOW and NEXT. That's right... NOW. AND. NEXT. You’re at the crossroad, and you must make a decision to go right or left. Are you going right or left? Are you going the way that’s right for you? OR… Are you going to “left” — to leave it — to leave yourself? To leave it all? Start with…Now. Why? If you’re not HERE. NOW. then you’re going to be NOWHERE. Then, WHAT NOW? Not, now what? BUT... What Now? Then… Now. When? There’s no greater WHEN then NOW. There’s no greater WAY to go to NEXT then from (and through) NOW. NOW. NEXT. How? Now. And. Now. NOW + NOW is kind of like 1 + 1. It doesn’t equal 2…it equals 11. Now + Now is exponential!! The NOW NEXT MOVEMENT is catapulted and fueled by NOW. AND. NOW. What are you willing to do NOW and NOW to move to NOW…NEXT? Only YOU can answer that for yourself. You can move from feeling like you’re drowning…to sipping. Feeling like it’s overcoming you...to overcoming. By BECOMING in the process of NOW AND NOW. EPISODE 909: Sh*# Happens But SHIFT Is Created

You may say that the struggle is real, but I’ve discovered that it doesn’t have to be. These 3 steps will help you GIVE UP with EASE. I had a S.O.L.DATE last night, and this is what we uncovered… What if there was an easier way to do life? An easier way to experience time? Here are 3 ways to tap into TIME AND EASE: 1. Give up the struggle, by being your authentic self. The cocoon. It’s in the process of expression. It seems hard on the outside, but it’s not on the inside. Yes, it’s work. But work is the expression of creative energy. Natural expression. Natural is EASE-Y. Unhealthy is hard. What's the natural expression of your authentic, genuine self? 2. Give up the struggle, by being IN time versus being OUT of it. We talked about this in yesterday's podcast.  EPISODE 268: An Epic Discovery In TIME That Changes Everything. Get IN SYNC with your time, by fully committing to create a PAST YOU LOVE. That’s right. It’s time to create a FRESH, NEW PAST. 3. Give up the struggle, by choosing to live in the day you’re IN. BE. What’s the difference between counseling and coaching? This was the question I was asked. This is my answer... Counseling focuses on FIXING. Coaching focuses on FINDING. Counseling focuses on the PAST. Coaching focuses on the PRESENT, while creating the future you desire to love and live. At least, this is what I do with my clients in Healing Life Coaching. You may FEEL broken, but you’re NOT. You (and your life) may not be working, but you can. My desire for you is to feel (and be) fully functional, aware, and thriving. NOT just ONE step up from BROKEN. HOW? 1. Find yourself. Stop trying to fix yourself. 2. Inspire yourself. EPISODE 926: You’re NOT Broken

So, now what? Today I'll show you... The “unexpected” allows us to go so much deeper than what we thought we would, should, or could…to discover what’s really there. The NEXT… It allows us to find out and discover what’s there in our NOW, to create the NEXT. So…Now What? Sometimes this can be the scariest question after something unexpected happens, or something new is about to begin. So instead, I encourage you to look at NOW and NEXT. That's right... NOW. AND. NEXT. You’re at the crossroad, and you must make a decision to go right or left. Are you going right or left? Are you going the way that’s right for you? OR… Are you going to “left” — to leave it — to leave yourself? To leave it all? Start with…Now. Why? If you’re not HERE. NOW. then you’re going to be NOWHERE. Then, WHAT NOW? Not, now what? BUT... What Now? Then… Now. When? There’s no greater WHEN then NOW. There’s no greater WAY to go to NEXT then from (and through) NOW. NOW. NEXT. How? Now. And. Now. NOW + NOW is kind of like 1 + 1. It doesn’t equal 2…it equals 11. Now + Now is exponential!! The NOW NEXT MOVEMENT is catapulted and fueled by NOW. AND. NOW. What are you willing to do NOW and NOW to move to NOW…NEXT? Only YOU can answer that for yourself. You can move from feeling like you’re drowning…to sipping. Feeling like it’s overcoming you...to overcoming. By BECOMING in the process of NOW AND NOW. EPISODE 552: Now + Next…

A renewed mind will transform YOU. A renewed mind is a reminded mind. A reminded mind is a transformed. So REMINDING yourself daily and REMEMBERING is the KEY to transformation. Dear Kim McMillen reminds us, “When I loved myself enough I began to see that desires of the heart do come, and I grew more patient and calm, except when I forget.” (This is the continuation of our Enough Is Enough Series — based on the profound little book, When I Loved Myself Enough by Kim McMillen and Alison McMillen-Givnish. You can order a copy  HERE.) HOW do we transform? It starts with… 1. Truth. Knowing TRUTH is what allows us to live in freedom. If your mind's not free, you’ll live in fear not freedom. BUT... When you remember truth you can Fully. Engage. And. Remember. (Instead of living in fear.) 2. Desire. God put your desires within you. They cannot live without you. They are the fire that keeps your path lit. Dare to desire. Inquire. Inspire. With that fire. 3. Believe. Belief is the fuel of PASSION. You and your desires will only go as high as you can believe. If you have lack in area of your life, that’s what you BELIEVE. And what is lack? NO GROWTH. Are your beliefs allowing and causing you to grow and expand. Expansion and growth = Abundance. What you do with that abundance creates prosperity. 4. Trust. Speaking of prosperity… In the USA it says “In God We Trust” on our money. Have you ever wondered that perhaps your money issues are coming from a TRUST ISSUE? I’ll never forget the day I discovered this truth! And I remember to remind myself of this daily. Trust in the one who gave you the greatest value of all. LOVE + LIFE. 5. Remember. RE-MEMBER. It requires a RE…which means we must do it again and again. Daily. Doing. Daily. Doing. With the members of our life — OUR DAYS. Dating our days. Every. Single. Day. 6. Repeat If it’s worth remembering, then it’s worth doing again. This is one of the most powerful daily practices you can master. Become the great lover of your life, by remembering who you are. And who you desire to become. Please grab your SACRED S.O.L. D.A.T.E. Remember. (Instead of living in fear.) 2. Desire. God put your desires within you. They cannot live without you. They are the fire that keeps your path lit. Dare to desire. Inquire. Inspire. With that fire. 3. Believe. Belief is the fuel of PASSION. You and your desires will only go as high as you can believe. If you have lack in area of your life, that’s what you BELIEVE. And what is lack? NO GROWTH. Are your beliefs allowing and causing you to grow and expand. Expansion and growth = Abundance. What you do with that abundance creates prosperity. 4. Trust. Speaking of prosperity… In the USA it says “In God We Trust” on our money. Have you ever wondered that perhaps your money issues are coming from a TRUST ISSUE? I’ll never forget the day I discovered this truth! And I remember to remind myself of this daily. Trust in the one who gave you the greatest value of all. LOVE + LIFE. 5. Remember. RE-MEMBER. It requires a RE…which means we must do it again and again. Daily. Doing. Daily. Doing. With the members of our life — OUR DAYS. Dating our days. Every. Single. Day. 6. Repeat If it’s worth remembering, then it’s worth doing again. This is one of the most powerful daily practices you can master. Become the great lover of your life, by remembering who you are. Today I uncover several faces of fear, and what to do when you face them. These are 5 primary fears that most of us suffer from at some time in our lives. Some more than others. They are... 1. Fear of rejection. This is how to face it: FEEL. Feeling vs fear…or is it fear of a feeling? Learn to face your feelings. They’re not as scary as they seem. 2. Fear of success or failure. And yes, this will show up as a mask of PROCRASTINATION. This is how to face it: ENGAGE. FULLY ENGAGE. Take action. Release yourself from the outcome, and simply commit to crossing the finish line. 3. Fear of the unknown. This is how to face it: ASK. If you don’t know. Ask. If you don’t know, remember what you do know. 4. Fear Of Missing Out (F.O.M.O.) or fear of loss. Remember. REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE, AND THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART. Trust. Two-Faced? Remember who you are, trust, love, and LIVE. 5. Fear of harm. How to face it: Ask yourself if it's real or perceived BY taking yourself through Steps 1-4, and be willing to tell yourself the TRUTH. EPISODE 326: The Many Faces Of Fear

We live in a world that’s full of TOXINS…we can’t escape it. But we can express and release the emotional ones and free ourselves from the dis-ease they cause. Today I reveal 5 TOXINS that may be going unnoticed in your life…so you can experience full expression of life, and become the great lover of your life. Here they are... 1. (T)alk-Sins. 2. (O)pposite Opposition. Perhaps it’s being the opposite of OPEN. Creating occlusions in your life. Opposing forces…keeping you from going and growing ahead. 3. (X-) Any X in your life…whether it’s a she, he, we or past be. Simply let the past. Be. The past. 4.( I)nsufficiency Identity. This is when you say, "I am not _____." Or "I am (something you're NOT.") Oftentimes we identify ourselves with insufficient insignificance. This is a LACK mentality. It's time to identify yourself with ABUNDANCE. The opposite of A Bun Dance is a BUT…DON’T. You know what I'm talking about, it's when you say things like, "I would, BUT…" If you're doing this, please stop. 5. (C)omparaSIN. Please grab your SACRED S.O.L. D.A.T.E. JOURNAL (Daily Action To Engage yourself.)  TODAY’S SACRED S.O.L. STEP IS THIS:  Did you identify any TOXINS in your life? The greatest CLEANSE is that of CLARITY. Radical clarity, which is rare and radical TRUTH. See it for what it is. Choose to release or continue to live with it. The choice is yours. EPISODE 660: Protect Yourself — Pt. 2 Interview with Sandra L. Brown, M.A.

After learning the hard (very hard) way that NOT loving myself led to a lot of unnecessary pain and suffering, I discovered that this is the EASIER (easiest) way to TRUE LOVE. So here are “The Top 10 Reasons To Love Yourself.” However, first I must say that NONE OF THESE REASONS are going to include the following:  When you love yourself, you’ll be okay IF/WHEN someone leaves you.  True Self Love isn’t about anyone else, for anyone else, or because of anyone else. It’s about/for/because of YOU — your SELF. Are you hearing me, my dear? Self Love is NOT a self-protection strategy, it’s a self-promotion one. Yes, you’ll promote yourself to a higher standard of loving and living. Self Love is the TRUE definition of “Dating UP.”  When you love yourself, you’ll never be alone again.  Instead, when you truly LOVE yourself, you’ll realize the importance of being WITH yourself. Always. All ways. You’ll be WITH/FOR yourself, but NOT all by yourself.  When you love yourself, you’ll AVOID future pain.  True Self Love or not…pain is inevitable. Suffering, however, is optional. It’s a choice. True Self Love chooses not to suffer, but chooses to LOVE – even when it hurts. It also allows you to grow through pain versus simply going to it or through it.  When you love yourself, you’ll get “The Guy” or get “The Girl.”  True Self Love allows you to finally GET YOU. I mean, really GET YOU. And when you do, you’ll no longer feel the need to GET ANYTHING OR ANYONE TO BE WHOLE, HAPPY, OR TOGETHER. True Self Love redefines TO.GET.HER. The only guy or girl you’re going “TO GET” here is the one that you see in the mirror. You’ll finally find yourself versus always (and in all ways) “trying to fix yourself.”  When you love yourself you’ll be self-centered and selfish.  This is definitely NOT TRUE…unless you’re a self-centered, selfish person that happens to also love herself/himself. Because IF this is the case, and you truly allow yourself to know you and fall in love with YOU, you’ll no longer feel the need to be self-centered or selfish. Got it? So, no worries about that, okay? Focusing on these things is like telling a Genie or Fairy Godmother what you DON’T wish for. Or like praying to God and constantly complaining. Or like being a professional athlete and playing NOT to lose! NO FUN, RIGHT? My Top 10 List is going to focus on LIVING TO LOVE AND WIN. (Oh, and having a lot of FUN while doing it.) That way YOU can become the Great Lover Of YOUR Life, love your life + life’s work well, and make LOVE with your life for the rest of your life. How’s that sound? So, are you ready? Reason #10 To Love Yourself: It allows you to be "LIKE-ABLE." “LIKE” is highly personal. It allows you to get personal. With YOU. Therefore your opinion of YOU matters more to you than anyone else’s opinion of you. Reason #9: It allows you to be "DATE-ABLE." In order to love you, you must know you. In order to know you, you must spend time with you. There’s no greater date then the one you LIVE with yourself. The DATE called, “TODAY.” It’s YOUR LIFE. Dating yourself keeps you present. Keeps you feeling. Keeps you healing. WELL. Reason #8: It allows you to be "DREAM-ABLE." There’ll no longer be conditions on your dreams. You dream. You imagine. You see yourself. Truly see YOURSELF, and you become the one you’ve always dreamed you’d BE with. Imagine that... Reason #7: It allows us to be "LOVE-ABLE." We love others as we love ourselves. This LOVE becomes the limitless (or limiting) factor in our capacity to give and receive IT. Love isn’t a feeling, it’s a capacity. However, it’s not a quantity, but a quality. The highest quality. Reason #6: It allows you to be "COMMIT-ABLE." You see your value, become a priority in your own life, and you follow-through with your commitments to YOU (and others — including YOUR LIFE.) We care for that which we value. Self care doesn’t create Self Love. Self Love is the ultimate self care and the reason we care. AND SHARE. If we truly love ourselves, we'll care for ourselves. We will care and share. Reason #5: It allows you to be ENGAGED. Fully Engaged. Love IS. Engaging. Love is IN you. It’s magnetically attractive. It’s an exponential multiplier. It creates. Love IS you. When you fully engage with it, you’ll FIND YOURSELF. IN LOVE. Reason #4: Perfect LOVE casts out fear. The opposite of LOVE isn’t hate, it’s FEAR.  When there’s fear, we fight, flee, or freeze…and end up looking for LOVE in all the wrong places, and wearing inauthentic faces. Reason #3: It allows us to be “MERRY’D.” This is where happiness comes from — when we take responsibility for creating our happiness, and choosing it. We’re able to bring the MERRY to our days. Every. Day. You create your “happily ever after” until death do you part — and beyond. Reason #2: Others will love us as we love ourselves. I call this the “Diamond Rule.” When we fully engage with IT, we’ll find LOVE and it will FIND US. Reason #1: God is LOVE. We’ve been created in the image of LOVE. When we love ourselves, we engage with the TRUTH and Divine nature of who we are. When you engage the LOVE IN you, you’ll be IN LOVE. THE TOP REASON TO LOVE YOURSELF is because LOVE is the ONLY thing that matters and it’s why YOU matter - heart and soul. It’s the most CREATIVE FORCE available, and with it YOU can create the desires of your heart. When you go within, you’ll no longer go without. This is the TRUTH, and it’s knowledge of the truth that sets us free. Why Self Love? It’s FREEDOM. And it’s free if you choose IT. Please grab your SACRED S.O.L. D.A.T.E. Or like being a professional athlete and playing NOT to lose! NO FUN, RIGHT? My Top 10 List is going to focus on LIVING TO LOVE AND WIN. (Oh, and having a lot of FUN while doing it.) That way YOU can become the Great Lover Of YOUR Life, love your life + life’s work well, and make LOVE with your life for the rest of your life. How’s that sound? So, are you ready? Reason #10 To Love Yourself: It allows you to be "LIKE-ABLE." “LIKE” is highly personal. It allows you to get personal. With YOU. Therefore your opinion of YOU matters more to you than anyone else’s opinion of you. Reason #9: It allows you to be "DATE-ABLE." In order to love you, you must know you. In order to know you, you must spend time with you. There’s no greater date then the one you LIVE with yourself. The DATE called, “TODAY.” It’s YOUR LIFE. Dating yourself keeps you present. Keeps you feeling. Keeps you healing. WELL. Reason #8: It allows you to be "DREAM-ABLE." There’ll no longer be conditions on your dreams. You dream. You imagine. You see yourself. Truly see YOURSELF, and you become the one you’ve always dreamed you’d BE with. Imagine that... Reason #7: It allows us to be "LOVE-ABLE." We love others as we love ourselves. This LOVE becomes the limitless (or limiting) factor in our capacity to give and receive IT. Love isn’t a feeling, it’s a capacity. However, it’s not a quantity, but a quality. The highest quality. Reason #6: It allows you to be "COMMIT-ABLE." You see your value, become a priority in your own life, and you follow-through with your commitments to YOU (and others — including YOUR LIFE.) We care for that which we value. Self care doesn’t create Self Love. Self Love is the ultimate self care and the reason we care. AND SHARE. If we truly love ourselves, we'll care for ourselves. We will care and share. Reason #5: It allows you to be ENGAGED. Fully Engaged. Love IS. Engaging. Love is IN you. It’s magnetically attractive. It’s an exponential multiplier. It creates. Love IS you. When you fully engage with it, you’ll FIND YOURSELF. IN LOVE. Reason #4: Perfect LOVE casts out fear. The opposite of LOVE isn’t hate, it’s FEAR. When there’s fear, we fight, flee, or freeze…and end up looking for LOVE in all the wrong places, and wearing inauthentic faces. Reason #3: It allows us to be “MERRY’D.” This is where happiness comes from — when we take responsibility for creating our happiness, and choosing it. We’re able to bring the MERRY to our days. Every. Day. You create your “happily ever after” until death do you part — and beyond. Reason #2: Others will love us as we love ourselves. I call this the “Diamond Rule.” When we fully engage with IT, we’ll find LOVE and it will FIND US. Reason #1: God is LOVE. We’ve been created in the image of LOVE. When we love ourselves, we engage with the TRUTH and Divine nature of who we are. When you engage the LOVE IN you, you’ll be IN LOVE. THE TOP REASON TO LOVE YOURSELF is because LOVE is the ONLY thing that matters and it’s why YOU matter - heart and soul. It’s the most CREATIVE FORCE available, and with it YOU can create the desires of your heart. When you go within, you’ll no longer go without. EPISODE 503: Are You Running Your Life?

If there was another way for you to see what's bugging you, would you be open to it? Here's how... As I was sharing about what I’ve learned today, while doing a FB Live about anger, this crazy bug starts BUGGING ME! Not just a little, but A LOT. In fact, it was chasing me! All while I’m talking about “Fighting like a girl…”(or a guy!) As I wrapped up my video, I began to decipher what just happened. This what I saw... Anger comes from something that’s BUGGING you. Last night we talked about this topic in my weekly S.O.L. DATE, and once again this seems to be the overall theme. What’s BUGGING YOU? I mean, really bugging you. What is it? What's chasing you? Is it possible that what you’re chasing is actually chasing YOU? 1. Believe it. Believe THE TRUTH about what it is that you’re feeling. Stop trying to rationalize, and talk yourself out of it. 2. Believe YOU. 3. Uncover yourself, and get naked about it. 4. Understand yourself, even though you may never UNDERSTAND the unbelievable! 5. Get out. Perhaps it’s a situation. Perhaps it’s the lies that you’re being told, or telling yourself. 5. Get out of it, what you put into it. 6. Go for it. Pursue TRUTH...and you’ll find it. Stop seeking what you already have.
