In this clip, Dr. Panzner explains what many doctors and extreme diets miss when fear-mongering plant compounds- only certain genetic mutations should worry about "anti-nutrients." And, of course, those with gut dysbiosis might need to heal the gut before tolerating. Not being able to tolerate plant chemicals is often a sign of gut issues unless genetically driven.
