A little while ago, we spoke with reigning World Champion in the 105Kg class Ruslan Nurudinov from Uzbekistan. We had a nice long chat about his training, his goals, and his life. One this is clear, he truly loves weightlifting. As our ability to speak Ruslan’s language is non existant, and Ruslan’s English is understandable, we decided to go with it.
