On this week’s episode, I am joined by Trevor Coston. TC and I first met when I went to prep school at Bridgton Academy. He served as the football coach and my dorm parent. Today he runs his coaching/mentor business, Aim Precision. We discussed how he approaches training and coaching youth athletes. We are both grateful for football's unique ability to bring so many athletes together.

What should be considered when working with youth? How have you been influenced by or how have you influenced others through leadership and mentorship? Suzie &amp; Trevor explore the positive impact of surrounding yourself with like-minded people and acknowledge the importance of mentorship. Trevor shares insight on some misconceptions about college athletes as well as the truth about living your passion. “Whatever you thought you can’t get through at this moment, remember what you got through in the last one.
