Eric Beard is a Boston based fitness professional, sports massage therapist, and former strength coach with over 20 years experience. He is passionate about helping his clients, patients and athletes reach their full potential and stay out of pain. Over the years Eric has had the opportunity to work with Olympic and professional athletes, national champions, high school athletes, as well as children and adults who just want to move well and stay strong. Eric has spent time on the WTA tennis circuit traveling as a physio and strength coach for a Women's Grand Slam Champion and top 20 player. In this episode we discuss his unique perspective on the value of an athlete having a more interconnected health team supporting them and the difficulties faced by the everyday athlete when seeking to form their own support teams.
