On this episode of the LoDown, we are blessed with the presence of NY Times bestselling author, chef, TV personality, and entrepreneur Cristina Ferrare!  Cristina’s most recent book,  Food For Thought: Recipes for Ultimate Mind and Body Health was inspired by her mother. Cristina discovered that certain foods looked like body parts that were actually good for those body parts! After extensive research and working with a nutritionist, she began writing a cookbook on how food affects the brain and other parts of the body. Cristina wants you to eat happy and healthy!  She also shares with us her time at Home and Family and how that immediate exit was just one chapter of many in her journey. “Life is full of chapters” and Cristina has learned plenty of patience and faith along the way. With the support of her daughters and husband, she’s embracing change and living at peace.  Currently 6 years in remission, Cristina has made it a point to remove all the BS in her life in order to live and love fully.
