2:55 I gotta jump straight into Facebook ads. And here I was spending 1000s of dollars a month on Facebook ads and then paying somebody to manage these ads. And then I paid 1000s of dollars for somebody to build me this WordPress site that I didn't even know how to manage. So I had to pay them to manage it. Because I'm a trainer, I am not a I'm not techie, I am not a developer, I don't know that side of things. So I ended up making all of the mistakes, some of them I made over and over again. So I like to take those mistakes and turn them into lessons and pay that forward and help other trainers and coaches who are kind of transitioning into the online world and teach them how to do it better and faster than I did. Because when I did this, I was coming from a brick and mortar facility. So I had two gyms. And, you know, we all know Jim's recurring business model, right. And it's really just about that recurring lower price type model so that you can get as many people right, it's like mass we're going through for volume pricing. And so I thought that's what I needed to do, you know, when I transitioned out of the gym, sold my gym and then came into the online space.    5:32 One thing that I feel like and also came up over and over again, as I was talking to the experts, it's lack of consistency. It's a lack of consistency, right. And sometimes, we don't know why we're not being consistent. We don't know why our mind is holding us back or our energy, for some reason is holding us back because we have every intention of being consistent. So like, if you can relate to waking up every morning thinking, Okay, today, I'm going to go up today I'm going to go live, today's the day, I'm going to go live today's day, I'm going to make these posts Today's the day I'm going to do all of these things that I told myself I was going to do yesterday, but didn't for whatever reason. Today's a brand new day, I'm going to do that. And then you don't write your beat, you feel resistance, you pull back you for whatever reason, just don't pull the trigger and follow through with that. So I would say I to answer your question, the biggest mistake most traders are making and coaches are making an entrepreneur's are making honestly, it's lack of consistency.   10:00 So take that same piece of content, talk about what how you did it, and how they can do it to connect with them on a very deep level know their pain points, for example, that 30 year old mother of two, what is her pain point, her pain point is probably that it's a pain in the butt to get to the gym for her, because she's probably got an infant on an infant carrier on this elbow. And then she's got a toddler in her hand down here. And what our what should be a one hour trip to the gym turns into two hours, because she's got to change diapers, she's got a nurse a baby, she's got to get the kid in the car, strap them in their seatbelt, get there, get them into the KidCare, try to get the workout in route the kids from the KidCare, get him back. It's a whole situation for that woman. So how can you talk about that situation for that woman.   12:51 And we put this event together to help personal trainers, coaches, entrepreneurs, figure out why they are not standing out, and why they're not getting visible. Because why? It comes back to sales, right? So if you're feeling frustrated in your business, if you're feeling stuck in your business, if you feel like you're posting every day, and you're being consistent, but you're not getting the traction that you that you deserve, or you feel like you need, this is exactly why we put this event together. So we collaborated with all of these amazing minds, and asked everybody a couple of questions. One, what are trainers and coaches doing wrong? As they enter into the online space today? So like Jason, you came in and you spoke to you spoke to video marketing, and what people need to do on live videos and videos in general and how to grab that attention immediately and get people to raise their hand.    16:20 But if you look at social media as a whole, right, it's like, I think I read a few different statistics when I was doing some research on statistic number one is that the average person scrolls, five miles on news feed every year, right? That's the average person. Some people do way more, some people do a little less. But that means they're just scrolling, right scrolling, scrolling, scrolling. That's number one, right? So you've got to do something to stand out. Otherwise, you're going to be driven by just like that billboard that unfortunately gets put up in. It's like a good spot.    “So if you're feeling frustrated in your business, if you're feeling stuck in your business, if you feel like you're posting every day, and you're being consistent, but you're not getting the traction that you that you deserve, or you feel like you need, this is exactly why we put this event together. Dave eats fire, swallows swords and electrocutes himself...on purpose! And Brandi...well, she walks on broken glass, gets buckwhipped and lays in a coffin filled with 80 of biggest hissing cockroaches you've ever seen!  And...sometimes she eats them!
