I have known Frank Liddy for many years.  He taught my mum and I in Queen’s University Belfast on a Mindfulness Meditation Course a few years back.  I would describe him as a ‘down to earth’ guy with a lot of knowledge and insight into the world of meditation and beyond.   Frank has learnt from; and worked with some of the best gurus in the industry.  These will be disclosed in the podcast.  He delivers lectures, talks and motivational speeches on self awareness, development and improvement.  He defines the simplicity of meditation practice to those who are prepared to; or are ready to embrace this great modality or way of life.
