In 2009, after years  of people pleasing, &amp; experiencing bullying behaviour, egocentricity  &amp; indifference to diversity I finally found my path.   When I discovered my purpose it redefined my life. I have always been  determined to achieve and contribute to others. As I developed my career  I limited my self with a mindset of 'high need and low return!' In  essence, as a young entrant into the workforce aged 16, I became that  person who always felt the need to prove myself. I needed to work to  earn a living and I did what ever it took to make that happen. I was that person always saying yes to additional tasks, always working long  hours, wanting more and more responsibility to prove myself. Whilst I  considered this to be a good work ethic, I quickly found myself  completely work focused, easily overwhelmed, forgetting about self care,  friends and family. I lived and breathed and socialised work. I gained  weight and got used to consistent stress and overwhelm.   Today my contribution is to have others find their purpose through  managing expectations &amp; limiting beliefs, understanding behaviour &amp; interpersonal communication whilst focusing on strengths building  not weakness fixing. This will define a future path and build new  cultures, for individuals, teams and leaders.   The path forward is this: 1. Discover your purpose 2. Know your talents 3. Change your thinking 3. Do something different 4. Observe behaviour   5.
