Jenny Mathews, contributing writer The Sthira Sukha Sisters are Amy Davis and Shelley Dawson, two friends and local fitness instructors who, about a year ago, decided to share their favorite yoga and meditation principles on Instagram. In our discussion Amy shares a bit about her cancer and recovery.
