Jenny Mathews, contributing writer The Sthira Sukha Sisters are Amy Davis and Shelley Dawson, two friends and local fitness instructors who, about a year ago, decided to share their favorite yoga and meditation principles on Instagram. Little did they know that they would soon be sharing more than just the steady and sweet, but also a journey pain and hope, darkness and light, and most of all, friendship.  In our discussion Amy shares a bit about her cancer and recovery.
