In the second Episode, Altruism Unplugged is teaming up with Chef Nicholas Elmi to raise money For the Non-Profit No Kid Hungry.  Chef Nick is the owner of Restaurant Laurel, In the Valley Cocktail Bar in South Philadelphia and Royal Boucherie in Old City. Nicholas Elmi is also the Season 11 winner of Bravo’s Television Series top chef Nicks Restaurants have been recognized and received praise  from award winning critic Craig Laban of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
