I finally did it! I ran the big 100. It’s been haunting me in the back of my mind for at least the last 4-5 years. I knew I had to do it, but I just couldn’t ever get my brain wrapped around it. Every time I finished a 50 miler I would say, “There is no way I could do another 50 miles. Just no way!” Well, I finally talked myself into registering for one, and went and got it done. The Tunnel Hill 100. In this podcast we talk about what happened leading up to the race, during the race, recovering from the race, lessons learned from the race and much more.
