Practicing yoga before it was cool, Kent Katich shares with us how his curious mindset led him to discover this practice. With his background in sports, Kent appreciated how yoga was able to train his mind in taking on more than he thought humanly possible. Excited about what he’d been learning, Kent shared his passion with his peers who were athletes as well.  From that day on, Kent’s career became focused on training professional athletes through yoga. After his career began to take form, Kent started training notable individuals like Reggie Miller, Blake Griffin, Jermaine Jones, Kevin Love, Giancarlo Stanton, Eddie George, and more. It’s easy to see why so many appreciate not only Kent’s dedication to his craft, but his commitment to positivity.
