Dean has been working with athletes in road cycling, MTB, cyclocross, motocross, supercross, MotoGP, and NASCAR, and is a wealth of knowledge about physiology, power training, altitude training, and hydration. Their conversation runs the gamut from leftist politics, wingsuits, death spirals, coaching, motivation and Dean's acknowledgment that even though he'd never listened to any of the podcasts prior to his interview, this is the podcast's sophomore slump.Thoughtful, intriguing, and extremely entertaining, you're sure to enjoy this sort of long, slightly cerebral, but really good chat between two fascinating characters.
