Tiffani Harris is an Ottawa based yoga instructor, group fitness instructor and Registered Massage Therapist.She leads classes, teacher training programs, workshops and retreats for Pure Yoga Ottawa, Pure Fit, Ritual Movement &amp; Pure Online. As a yoga and movement educator she loves to share her passion for Anatomy and helping students find their own authentic voice as confident teachers. Tiffani has been a practicing RMT for 15 years and continues to help her clients feel best in their bodies. She is committed to life long learning &amp; evolving always getting excited about a new challenge. Tiffani lives with her husband &amp; cats -they enjoy hosting family &amp; friends. She loves all fitness, cycling &amp; snowboarding. As well loves to travel, good food &amp; drink and gardening.TEACHING STYLE: Nurturing yet challenging.
