This is really a great podcast! It’s fantastic to hear Christian views on all the major issues in our world today.

I think one thing to consider is God has allowed things because He knows the hardness of men’s hearts. God may have allowed the death penalty because He knows our non forgiving, vengeful heart would seek out and kill in rage instead of forgiveness. There are plenty of scriptures where God allows humans to do something simply because He knows the wickedness of our hearts. That doesn’t mean He wants us to do it. Something to think about.
