The UN Secretary-General’s Study on Violence Against Children conservatively estimates that 275 million children worldwide are exposed to violence in the home. These are only the numbers that we know of. The Home Secretary Priti Patel for England and Wales this week said "SO WHERE A VICTIM AND THEIR CHILDREN..."   The language used shows only the adult recognised as a victim, the children merely an afterthought.  So we wanted to give you a look behind the frontline to challenge this.
