This podcast is very well done, both in form and function.  Audio quality &amp; format are on par with professional podcasts, without the annoying advertising. 

Content is solid and I appreciate that Shell is bringing ideas/opinions from both sides of the debate.  Accepting the challenges and criticism in a public arena like this is necessary for us to move forward with pace.
