Have you ever had a moment of quick panic or adrenaline?  Do you remember looking back and having a conversation with yourself about how to handle the situation?  It's amazing what goes through our brains as we assess an intense situation.  The amount of information and decisions we make are impressive.  This is a scenario in which Brennan found himself as he sailed through the air on a 110ft track jump...

Just kidding, but seriously, the roughness of this trail is hard to describe.  Go look it up.  Pritchet Canyon, Moab, UT.And to break a foot miles into this canyon is unimaginable to me... Get ready to squirm a bit in this tale about flexibility where there shouldn't be.
