Anger is a mental attitude sin and often leads to chain sinning. “Do not grieve the Holy Spirit whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor and evil speaking be put away from you with all malice” (Eph 4:30-31). Anger is often set up by an emotional reaction to unfair treatment. “This is a test that’s common to all humans” (1 Cor 10:13). because you have a sin nature, you have a tendency toward anger, and it must be addressed. They can’t or won’t concentrate and focus on learning God’s Word. “We have many things to say but they are hard to be uttered seeing that you are dull of hearing” (Heb 5:11). You can become dull of hearing from a lack of exercising your mind. You develop your faith by hearing God’s Word taught and applying it. “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God” (Rom 10:17). Spiritual growth takes time and concentration. Scripture doesn’t authorize you to slack off and coast into heaven. “Since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles [maybe self-pity] and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us” (Heb 12:1). Your spiritual life is an intentional lifestyle. It requires fidelity. Here is a warning. “But I have this against you, that you left your first love” (Rev 2:1-4). Your personal love for God is your motivation to finish the race spiritually strong. Without some spiritual muscle, you will be crushed by circumstances in life. It’s easy to get discouraged, especially as you get older. But this is when you can be the strongest spiritually, when under pressure. “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness” (2 Cor 12:9-10). Paul discovered that as his human abilities diminished, he relied on God more. Infirmities give you opportunities. Your spiritual life is the drift sock that can slow down our descent as a nation. To regain control, we must recognize we have lost our rudder from turning away from God. We must realize our position both nationally and personally and recover our destiny. “If My people will humble themselves and turn away from their wicked ways, seek My face and pray, I will hear, I will answer, I will heal their land” (2 Chron 7:14). No racial issues. “For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus … For you are all one in Christ Jesus” (Gal 3:26-28). You are secure in Christ. The survival of our nation depends on your attitude toward God’s Word and our nation’s adherence to God’s standards. Every believer has a divine promise of security and peace in the middle of a crisis “Fear not, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you, I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness” (Isaiah 41:10). A crisis is the perfect opportunity to demonstrate your faith—the manifestation of the joy of the Lord in your soul—to those around you. “These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full. The cosmic system is the devil’s world. It offers you happiness in people and circumstances and this is a lie. Unhappy people take their unhappiness with them wherever they go. People who get into a frantic search for happiness are being lured by the cosmic system and are following the lie. “Happiness belongs to those people who hear My Father’s Word and keep it” (Luke 11:28). This takes humility and authority orientation to your Heavenly Father and His Word in your life. Immerse yourself in the Word of God and the lures of the cosmic system won’t be effective. Allowing your sinful nature to control you will make you a Christian casualty. Reversionism is a process of reverting back to your old habits and getting into the temptations of your sinful nature and yielding to those temptations. “Be sober, be vigilant, because Satan seeks to neutralize and destroy you” (1 Pet 5:8) “Do not let the devil get an advantage over you” (2 Cor 2:11). You have three enemies that will attempt to discourage and defeat you: the world, the flesh, and the devil. That’s why you need to be vigilant and learn God’s Word to develop a FLOT line in your soul. If you arm yourself with God’s plan and learn and apply God’s Word, you will not be a Christian casualty. You need to have truth in your soul and think divine viewpoint.

Love is one of the most important critical thinking skills in the plan of God. Love is a thinking skill of appreciation, devotion, dedication and motivation. Love is thinking, not emoting—personal love for God and impersonal love for others. Personal love is what motivates us to learn the mind of Christ. “For this is the love of God that we keep His commandments, and His commandants are not burdensome” (1 John 5:3). Use your volition to apply your renovated thoughts to your decisions and actions. Problem-solving device number one is the rebound technique or how to confess your sin and get back in fellowship once you've broken fellowship with God. Once you quench the Holy Spirit and grieve the Holy Spirit by an act of disobedience if you go to the Father in 1 John 1:9 as the Bible says, “If we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive us and even to purify us from all of our wrongdoing.”  We have a battle. The battle is “the flesh wars against the Spirit, the Spirit wars against the flesh; they are contrary one to the other so that you cannot do the things you'd like to do” (Galatians 5:17).
