Whether it is your first birth or your fifth, you can begin to define how you would like your birth experience to look. Will you labor at home or in the hospital? Who will be there? What will be the order of events after the birth? How will you create opportunities to bond with your newborn? What is most important to you? By setting your intentions and priorities in advance and visualizing how you would like the experience to go, you can begin to create the birth experience that you desire. Life never completely goes how you plan and birth is no different but here are some ideas to create more of the experience that you are desiring.  Sending you so much love in your upcoming birth experience and many blessings of loving life as it unfolds for you.

What is your purpose and what are your goals to reach your purpose?
