On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, the case of Hunter Biden is straightforward tax evasion because Hunter did not pay any federal income taxes for 4 years, from 2017-2020. When he did file tax returns, Hunter knowingly filed false tax returns, and it is calculated that he owes $1.4 million in taxes. The Democrat media has a problem defending Hunter now because on one hand they say he cannot function properly because of addiction, but on the other hand you have over $30 million coming in from places like Burisma and China. President Biden will pardon his son whether he is re-elected or not because these are federal charges and he can do it even if he is not convicted yet. This should be another charge in the case of impeachment of Joe Biden, with the main reason being the violation of our immigration laws and violating his oath of office. Hunter Biden is the gold standard of people who you file under FARA for having influence from other countries and being a threat to national security. It is ridiculous to claim that Joe Biden did not know about Hunter’s business activities, especially with his claim on video to fire the Ukrainian prosecutor. Also, Iran does not use the money they are getting from the Biden Administration to feed its people but instead uses it to fund terrorists like Hezbollah and Hamas. Joe Biden and Anthony Blinken have blood on their hands for setting the Middle East on fire causing suffering and death, and now are demanding Israel to have a ceasefire with Hamas by the end of the year. In true fascist fashion Pelosi is obstructing the Senate because they cannot control the trial there. So, at the direction of Harvard Law Professor Lawrence Tribe, Pelosi has decided to put the brakes on sending the articles of impeachment to the Senate and snapped at reporters who asked if she was playing politics with the impeachment in order to gain leverage over the Senate process. The Senate has the sole power under the Constitution to adjudicate an impeachment. Therefore, Pelosi is attempting to obstruct the Senate’s power to act on its constitutional authority. Mitch McConnell should immediately put an end to this and declare the impeachment null and void as the speaker has failed to complete the impeachment process by timely sending it to the Senate for adjudication. McConnell has no less authority to unilaterally make such a decision than Pelosi does to withhold the administrative notification of the articles of impeachment to the Senate either indefinitely or with conditions. According to Paul Sperry of Real Clear Investigations, a former CIA Analyst assigned to the White House until he circumvented the chain of command regarding meetings that President Trump had and was suspected of leaking them prior to his departure from the National Security Council. Media reports indicate that GOP Members have questioned whether Ciaramella was involved with Lt Col. Vindman and lawyers for the Democrats indicated that Ciaramella was of no consequence. What we're witnessing are Stalinesque tactics to take down the President, and cover up the cabal of those involved. The beauty of our litigation practice, not the circus the Democrats are conducting, is that the accused have a right to defend themselves, a right to question their accuser and a right to their records and evidence. That's why the Democrats are changing the rules. As part of the 2016 investigation, it should be determined if there were any violations of the Espionage Act and the so-called whistleblower should be questioned by US Attorney Durham. Then, in breaking news, Attorney Sidney Powell representing General Flynn calls in to explain that Judge Sullivan ordered a stay on his order instead of dismissing the case outright. This is a very odd and rare course of action for any federal judge to take. Despite Sullivan's reticence to honor the circuit court's order, there is still no conceivable way to put Flynn in prison. Trump would be wise to put strings on any federal aid, requirements that must be met in order to get such funding. It’s time to bring in the economic experts in order to re-open small businesses across America. Then, interstate commerce has been affected but there are questions over who has the authority to re-open states.
