هالة كاظم هي إنسانة ملهمة تهدف رسالتها إلى تمكين المجتمع ككل والنساء بشكل خاص لصنعهالة كاظم هي إنسانة ملهمة تهدف رسالتها إلى تمكين المجتمع ككل والنساء بشكل خاص لصنع نماذج أفضل لأنفسهن ولأسرهن وللعالم بأسره. هي أول إمرأة عربية ابتكرت برنامج اجتماعي متكامل لإلهام النساء لاكتشاف ذواتهن وتوجيههن التوجيه الصحيح من خلال تبني التغيير الايجابي. ويطلق على البرنامج رحلة التغيير ويتضمن أنشطة متنوعة أعدت بعناية فائقة لتتوافق مع احتياجات المرأة والمصممة خصيصاً لتساعدها على تطوير ذاتها واكتشاف قدراتها . ويعتمد أساساً على نشاط الرحلات الجماعية والذي يتخلله المشي في الطبيعة وورش العمل والمحاضرات والتمارين الجماعية والاستشارات الفردية وفعاليات ترفيهيه تساعدها على تحويل أفكارها السلبية إلى أفعال إيجابية. تمكنت هالة كاظم من استقطاب آلاف النساء وتوجيههن عبر برامجها الاجتماعية المختلفة لتفعيل دورهن وتعزيز مكانتهن في المجتمع. وواصلت دعمها وتشجيعها للمرأة في العالم العربي لإظهار أفضل ما لديها كزوجة، كأم ،كأخت ،وكموظفة. بالإضافة إلى نشاطها المتميز كمتحدثة رئيسية في المناسبات والمؤتمرات الدولية ، والتي حرصت من خلالها على مساعدة المرأة لإيصال صوتها إلى العالم. أجرت العديد من المحاضرات في مختلف الدوائر الحكومية والشركات والمؤسسات، إلى جانب ورش العمل والأنشطة التي تعزز روح الفريق وترسخ الطاقة الايجابية والسعادة Hala Kazim is a counselor, author and founder of “Journey Through Change”, a positive transformation program. She is a wife, a mother, and a grandmother. Hala studied counselling and coaching in City University, London, UK, and has also received her certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming – Coach and Practitioner from the American Board NLP, London UK. In early 2010, Hala established “Journey Through Change” a program dedicated to guide people to improve their lives in positive way through different activities such as counselling, coaching, workshops, lectures and team building hiking trips. She holds a number of awards, including the Mohammed bin Rashid Award for “Best Businesswoman in the UAE” in 2013. In addition, she was Criterion Winner for the Innovation Emirates Women Award 2014; a tribute from several government agencies and the private sector for her role in community service.
