So here's episode 3, an interview with anthropologist, lecturer and fellow comics artist Dr Alex Pavlotski.The work I do lately is in human-centred design and service design, and I didn't ask Alex any specific questions about the parallels between his work and mine, but I think there's a ton of crossover between design and anthropology, or there should be, and you'll probably catch some parallels between his work and yours too.I've been a student of Alex's in some anthropology courses he's been running online, and it was all new to me, so I pull him up in this discussion on a number of really interesting ideas I didn't used to have a vocabulary for, such as 'reflexivity', being a 'stepmother' and his soon to be famous "cognitive triangle" concept.

How does a Hollywood director "manage" Marlon Brando?On xDiscipline ("cross-discipline") we learn how other people do their jobs so we can get better at ours.
