I started listening to this podcast the month before I started my EMT class. It has been great to give me prior knowledge going into class and an even better review after my class. To help me (and others) even further, I’ve been creating Prezi presentations to go along with the podcasts. I have completed up through lecture 6, respiratory system, and am currently working on lecture 7, airway management, ventilation and oxygenation. I will be taking an EMT class in a couple of months, and currently I am riding on an ambulance as a probationary member. The lectures have been extremely useful. I have learned a lot, so I have a head start when I start class! I also plan to re-listen to the lectures as we go through each chapter in class to reinforce the material.
