In today’s episode, we talk about a concept from a book called, “Loving What Is,” which is that  we often think we’re right when we’re actually not. We think we’re justified in our disappointment towards others because we focus on what we think is justifiable evidence against them -- We dismiss the part we play, and judge people based on what they do, and then justify ourselves by thinking we know what’s going on in their heads. Today, we discuss how we are wrong in these situations, 100% of the time. We explain how we lose our feelings of anger or frustration towards others when we take responsibility for what we can do to improve the situation.
