He began sharing career coaching advice and built his following over time Wiseful was founded to connect communities and creators with job opportunities through social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Employers can engage with Wiseful to promote their talent brand and jobs within relevant communities. The platform helps companies reach high-quality talent while leveraging creators and community leaders.The importance of identifying internal influencers and enabling them to create authentic content that resonates with both candidates and employers. Reno believes that AI tools can democratize access to career coaching and job search assistance, but he also advises candidates to review AI-generated content and make it their own. "Layoff List" project initiated during the pandemic, connecting thousands of laid-off individuals with job opportunities. He shares insights from the data, including the fact that over 80% of those laid off in 2022 had found new jobs.Types of Jobs Impacted by Layoffs: The discussion touches on the types of jobs affected by layoffs, including recruiters, salespeople, and software engineers.
