Bainbridge a dyslexia expert and advocate.  Sharon is dyslexic, and when the school system didn’t teach her to read, she found her own way to master reading and writing. Later when her daughter, Melody, experienced similar learning challenges, Sharon knew she was dyslexic too and homeschooled her. Due to her creative and playful methods, Sharon was able to make reading fun and turned her daughter into a bookworm. Proof Reading: Now you can edit your writing by listening to the text spoken aloud. Like a personal proofreader, Voice Dream Writer uses text-to-speech technology, so that awkward sentences, grammatical errors and typos can be easily found. It addition, Voice Dream Writer can read words and sentences as they’re typed or dictated so that errors can be corrected right away. Word Finding and Definitions: Voice Dream Writer helps individuals find the right words through phonetic search or meaning search. Go Dyslexia Episode 1: Dyslexia and Voice Dream Reader with Winston Chen

Dr Warren does a fabulous job of tying together personal experience, the latest research, and basic general knowledge of how to help your dyslexic child, or adult, for that matter. I wish everyone who had a dyslexic in their life would take the time to learn about this amazing group of people and how to help them reach their greatest potential. She certainly helps guide the way. I always finish her podcasts with an immense sense of gratitude that the word is getting out there!  Thank you Dr. Warren.
