This very common practice is rather simple to do as long as you are led by the Spirit.Working with the Bible is central to Hoodoo but there are certain steps you need to take in order to work with your Bible starting with changing how you look at this holy book. First remember if you want to find the works in the Bible you have to read between the lines.Second of all you have to ask God to open your mind and just go with it. I don’t think that folks realize what they are really getting into when they dabble with graveyard spirits. I feel like folks think that doing graveyard work is a walk in the park. Graveyard work is dangerous and should never be taken lightly. Another topic that is up for discussion is working with the Intranquil sprit. I know folks don’t know what they are doing by calling on this spirit! You draw what you call unto yourself. When your life goes to the left you want to start yelling I’m jinxed, crossed, my enemies are working on me! You need to look at the work you are doing! Like I said this will be a hot topic. A lot of people think it's the same but in all honesty the Internet hoodoo that's being taught is the not the real old-timey work that you learn from the elders.A big issue with all these outsiders coming into Conjure is that they have no respect for Conjure work nor the BLACK people whose ancestors brought "roots" to the United States.  That's right!  Hoodoo is Black People's folk magic but alot of these Internet workers want nothing to do with us, our culture, or history.Conjure is being exploited by folks from outside traditions who want to change it and make it into something it's not.
