Fear is expressed as anxiety attacks or experienced as sudden panic or a feeling of deep unease.ARSENICUM - Used in situations where a more extreme fear is seen, and specifically fear of death (though not as strong as with aconite). The woman is restless, has a great need for order (and lists) and cleanliness. Can be used when the woman is exhausted by the slightest ask. Acts like OCD around 'nest building' and is often very critical of other people's input. Is quick to point out errors and deficiencies.CAULOPHYLLUM – Take 2-3 times a week to prepare and tone the uterus. This remedy can also be used to stabilize contractions."Induce" the birthUse only if both mother and baby (babies) feel ready.Alternate between CAULOPHYLLUM and CIMICIFUGA every 2 hours for up to 4-5 doses of each remedy. If nothing happens, take 24-48 hour break before trying again.GELSEMIUM – Use this for the concerned mother. She is very nervous about feeling the birth and may even be shaking from fear. The ‘living-out-in-nature’ effect is setting in. I am changing again. It is like I am getting both stronger and more sensitive at the same time, just by living in such proximity to nature and off grid. The quiet here is more than just related to sound.The transformation is hard to explain and it is not necessarily a pleasant process. But there is lots of shedding for sure.I went to a market on Sunday where I left more than one conversation simply because it was so negative. There was a lot of talking down on other people, the news, the health care system and so on. Never have I heard the words ‘people are stupid’ so many times. It was depressing. In my little haven here, many people also come wounded and wanting to be understood and off load. And where I understand the state of mind because of course I have personal experience feeling like that then I have started to feel the load of other people’s negativity. It’s like: I understand it, but I’m going to stay away from it as much as I can. OR at least make some rules and give some advice around it: complaining.I am no spring chicken and anything I write about is based on personal experience. I am never out to judge.Right now I am in the unique situation to experience many strong dynamics play themselves out and being in the midst of it and part of it.  And it was a combination of all those things mentioned above that gave me the idea to give advice about complaining.Join me on substack here:https://mettemitchell.substack.com/
