After Nia and Iris get pulled into a dream, Nia helps Iris realize that destiny is not one choice, but the result of a lifetime of several choices. Iris helps Nia realize that to increase her potential, she needs to give up control. After doing so, Nia meets the spirit of the first Naltorian with dream abilities, who promises to teach her. They wake, and Iris publishes her article. Meanwhile, Mark takes Khione out to do activities that he did with Frost, ignoring all of Khione's ideas. She realizes that Mark still only sees her as Frost and leaves. Later, Mark apologizes to Khione and decides to leave Central City, causing Khione to inadvertently freeze Cecile's banquet out of sadness…BUT THEN...Barry, Iris, and a group of D.O.E. agents inspecting S.T.A.R. Labs get trapped in the speed lab. When Barry notes that a "time magnet" will be stored in the Flash Museum in 2123, the group deduces that one of them must have stolen the magnet from the future without its stabilizer, trapping them in the same moment. As one of the agents is replaced by a statue, the group realizes that exposure to the time magnet will eventually kill them. Barry and Iris realize that Inspector Tao knows nothing about her job and expose her as the thief. She reveals herself as Lady Chronos. Barry charges her belt so she can reunite the magnet with its stabilizer in 2123 and convinces her to let herself be arrested instead of dying. The respondent passes Seven's first trust test, but fails her second, revealing himself to be a Changeling and leaving the real Tuvok's fate ambiguous. Picard, surmising that the Changelings are using his corpse to target Starfleet's anniversary festivities, devises and enacts a plan to trap Vadic and her crew on the Titan with force fields, using Jack, who is developing telepathy, and Sidney as bait. Picard and Beverly interrogate Vadic in the trap. Vadic reveals she was one of ten Changelings whom Starfleet doctors torturously experimented on to develop a breed of super-spies; upon their escape, she swore revenge and formed the rogue Changeling faction, taking her torturer's form. Picard and Beverly interrogate Vadic in the trap. Vadic reveals she was one of ten Changelings whom Starfleet doctors <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torture" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">torturously</a> experimented on to develop a breed of super-spies; upon their escape, she swore revenge and formed the rogue Changeling faction, taking her torturer's form. Beverly confirms the experiments' existence; Picard realizes he has to kill Vadic, but Geordi fails to revive Data in time to stop Lore from taking over the Titan's computers and disabling the force fields, allowing Vadic to escape, storm Titan's bridge, and announce she knows Jack's true nature.Vadic locks all the systems aboard the Titan from the crew. “City of Heroes” Episode Description: Barry Allen, a forensic crime scene assistant for Central City Police Department, is struck by lightning during a storm that is created after a particle accelerator from S.T.A.R. Labs explodes. In a coma for nine months, Barry awakens in S.T.A.R. Labs, having been placed in the care of his scientist idol, Dr. Harrison Wells, along with his assistants, Dr. Caitlin Snow and Cisco Ramon. Barry quickly learns that he can move at extraordinary speeds, and that there were other “metahumans” created from the explosion. One of them, Clyde Mardon, is robbing banks and murdering people in the city with his ability to control the weather. In order to stop Clyde, Barry is outfitted with a suit that can withstand his high speed of movement. He tracks down Mardon and with the help of Detective West, who learns of Barry’s abilities, he is able to stop him. With his new powers, Barry vows to his father of finding out who killed his mother when he was a child, believing him to be another metahuman who has similar abilities of speed as his. Cisco begins to believe Joe was right about Wells, so he rechecks the containment field for the Reverse-Flash. He discovers that the Reverse-Flash was never in the containment field, and it was only a hologram. Wells arrives, reveals himself to be Eobard Thawne, a man from the future who killed Barry’s mother incidentally when he was really trying to kill Barry. Wells also reveals that he is pushing Barry to get stronger so that he can use Barry’s powers to return to his time; afterward he murders Cisco to protect his secret. Mark kidnaps Joe and forces him to watch as Mark send as tsunami into the city in the hopes of killing Iris. Barry is forced to reveal his secret identify to Iris in order to save the city. Harry's brain resets but is mostly restored by Marlize; he decides to return to Earth-2 to be with Jesse. Barry and Kara are forced to work as singers in a nightclub run by Malcolm, with Winn working as a piano player, Cisco as a waiter and Stein and Joe as two gangsters opposing Malcolm. Barry and Kara find Malcolm’s son, Mon-El, and Stein’s and Joe’s daughter, Iris, in a forbidden relationship. Kara and Barry convince the pair to reveal their love, also helping Barry and Kara to realize their own mistakes. Malcolm, Stein and Joe subsequently decide to go to war. Barry and Kara are shot in the crossfire, but the real Cisco, Mon-El and Iris vibe into their world to save them, allowing Barry and Kara to admit their loves for Iris and Mon-El. Barry and Iris go on a vacation, leaving Cisco in charge of the team. Joe tracks Nash toa sewer, but the two become trapped until they are rescued by Ralph. On the hunt for Bloodwork, Caitlin is offered by Ramsey to join him but declines. Meanwhile, Breacher travels to Earth-1 and informs Cisco of Cynthia's murder by a hacker she had been hunting named Echo. Cisco decides to help Breacher only to discover that Cisco himself was the murderer. Breacher then gives Cisco an hour to turn himself in to the Collectors, but Cisco tricks the Collectors into arresting a hologram of him then travels to Earth-19 where he confronts Echo, who reveals he had used Cisco's face to frame him. Flash TV Talk 1X02 Fastest Man Alive

Team Flash meet Nora, Barry and Iris' daughter from the future. While Iris seems happy to see her, Barry is concerned that Nora could alter history by interacting with her parents younger selves. The Team encounter a new metahuman named Gridlock, who has the ability to harness kinetic energy. During the encounter, Barry suits up in a variety of his previous costumes. When Barry tries to send Nora home, Wally reveals to them that Nora's blood is saturated with negative tachyons, which react with the Speed Force preventing her from time travelling. Barry asks Nora what happens to him in the future, with Nora revealing he never returned after the crisis and she has lived her entire life with her mom. Gridlock causes the plane he is on to fall out of the sky, so Barry, Nora, Wally and Cisco go to stop it. Before they leave, Nora gives Barry his signature ring that contains a brand new suit. They phase the plane through buildings allowing it to land safely in the river. Summary: Jesse comes to Earth-1, so she can have a talk with her dad. Eco-terrorist Veronica Dale sets off a nuclear bomb, which Barry tries to stop. To do so, he enters a form of superspeed known as Flashtime, where he moves so fast, time appears frozen. However, the bomb has already detonated, and he and Jesse can't stop it or save everyone with their superspeed. They try to bring in Jay Garrick to help, but they are still unable to stop the bomb. Barry remains in Flashtime for hours, bringing each of his friends in, in an attempt to find a solution. They discuss options such as freezing it or sending it to another Earth, but none of those solutions prove to be viable. Eventually, Iris gives him the idea to retrieve the Quark Sphere from the Speed Force to send a blast of speedforce lightning at the bomb, which would be enough energy to disable it. Barry does so, throwing the Sphere back into the Speed Force, saving Central City. A meta who produces radiation, causing the illness and collapses. Barry takes him on, but is ill equipped to deal with the situation. Cisco and Killer Frost travel to the scene where Caitlin tries to freeze Borman, who quickly defrosts and incapacitates Caitlin. Barry creates a vacuum seal around the Borman to contain the radiation, with Cisco transporting the radiation to the dead Earth-15, draining the meta and defeating him. When Barry and Ralph confront her, it is revealed that Petty can manipulate a person's gravitational pull, which she demonstrates on Barry. Fearing once again that Ralph is not taking things seriously, Barry refuses to work with him. Ralph reveals his comedic attitude is due to a difficult childhood where his father abandoned him, causing him to make jokes whenever he is scared or under pressure. Barry relents and they go to stop Janet at a gala event. Janet uses her powers on Barry, causing him to float into the atmosphere. Barry tells the team to trust Ralph to improvise. Ralph detains Janet, then becomes a giant airbag to allow Barry to land safely. DeVoe's wife discovers he has been drugging her, so she will continue to assist him. Breacher comes to Earth-1 to ask Cisco for help as some of his powers have failed. Note: This episode was recorded prior to the Legends Of Tomorrow trailer, thus our comments will be both dated and uniformed… enjoy!Episode Description: Cisco discovers that Wells has been supercharging his speed while he sits in his wheelchair, which is why he is so much faster than Barry. The particle accelerator is activated and the team realizes that Wells has been at S.T.A.R. Labs the entire time and he has repaired the accelerator. While investigating, Wells escapes but the team is able to find and rescue Eddie, who is disillusioned after Wells showed him that Iris marries Barry in the future. Eddie later tells Iris what he knows of her future and ends their relationship. Worried that when the accelerator reaches full power the metahumans imprisoned inside will be killed, the team decides to relocate them to the A.R.G.U.S. prison on Lian Yu. In order to set up a safe transport, Barry is forced to go to Leonard Snart for help. Snart agrees but only after Barry erases Snart’s criminal record and history from the CCPD database. Snart sabotages the transport and allows the metahumans to escape. Just as the accelerator fully charges, Wells arrives back at the lab, and Barry, Ronnie, and Oliver all meet outside to fight him. Flash TV Talk 1X22 Rogue Air

With DeVoe moving forwards with his plans, Team Flash decide to secure Neil Borman. Barry and Cisco travel to Earth X to recruit Leo Snart as a backup, but are followed to Earth 1 by the Earth X doppelganger of Laurel Lance. Team Flash plan to deliver Borman to a safe ARGUS facility, using a suit to contain the radiation, with Snart on hand, in case Borman goes nuclear. Snart agrees to help, but claims he can only stay for 24 hours, as he is due to get married to Ray Terrill. DeVoe attempts to intercept the transfer, but he and Team Flash are further ambushed by Earth X Laurel, who kidnaps Caitlin, Borman and Joe, holding them at CCPD. Snart learns about Ralph, and convinces Barry to allow himself to grieve his fallen allies, which Barry eventually does, giving him strength to defeat Laurel. Lyla transfers Borman to another facility and Leo returns to Earth X. Cisco and Wells come up with a plan to boost Wells' thinking cap.
