Catching up on the big stuff that's happened over the summer. Being pregnant has taken up a lot of time!

Lots of catching up on Honeymoon to Aruba, trip to MN and a story let unfinished!!! I'll finish it next time, although it's nothing earth shattering! I just got distracted!! :)

Episode 150: Time is a Movin'

Jetsetting:  Lots of outside work as it's getting into the 40s and some 50s most days. Still very cold nights. Chicken run, garden clean up, planting flowers this weekend Been flying Wendy a lot: local friends, friends from way up north. It's been great to stretch her wings again.  Winter had a very terrible exit.  One last snow storm dumped 6" of heavy wet snow on Maine. Lots of ice in MHT topped with snow. SO sick of her crap! Bring me summer!! PLEASE! Septic Super sick this past week, just terrible. and Not much I can do for it!  Been trying to get together with Rachel of On The Round... universe is working against us! :) Comical at this point.   Audit at work. UPS checking to make sure we are following safety guidelines. All went well! Aruba in 4 weeks! A local business owner/acquaintance is also going to be there at the same time! Gave us a bunch of brochures to see what stuff is available to do while we are there.  MN in June: My Dad's wedding and our baby shower weekend.   Enroute:  Jeremy's Sweater J's Socks - not a stitch!! :)   Take off:  Picked out colors for a blanket of some kind: crochet or knit, but a feather and fan type, zig zag pattern Hats Booties  Reservations:  I think I'm going to stop doing Amazon banners.  There are very few people using it anymore, which is ok. But it doesn't make sense for me to do the drawings with so few using it. I know it is mostly because my podcasting has been so irregular and haphazard.  I do hope you are using smile.amazon.com.  It does the same type of thing but it goes to your charity of choice! I shop through it to support DEW Haven here in Maine, An animal rehabilitation, educational haven for rescued and abandoned animals. They are great friends of ours and deserve every cent of my support.  Package from Jan in Canada!   Chickens on the Fly:  6 new babies to the flock. Moved outside this week at 4 weeks old. Will start integrating soon.    Stork on the Fly:  IT'S A BOY!!! Genetic testing all came back normal. YEAH!!!!!  So relieved.  Nausea is mostly gone, very tired still. If I rush too much, I feel badly.  Baby reveals: Ours, Mom's family, Dad's family, Honey's sister.  Anatomy ultrasound on May 8th. First round of Glucose testing behind me and was also normal. Tested very early due to my BMI Baby bump envy big time. But I am showing(although people who don't know me, probably just think I'm chubby!) Working on setting up some part time work for when I'm on maternity leave.  Doctor is very happy with the pregnancy so far. Wt is holding steady after regaining 3 of the 9 lbs I've lost. She's ok with that too.  Very relieved on how well my company took it! Super supportive. Which is great. Also had to get my short term disability approved through Ameriflight. Thankfully that went well also. Some have asked about gifts for our little peanut. There is a "Stork on the Fly" tab on the website. 3 registries listed and other notes and things on the "Baby list" registry. You can add things from other websites, kind of like adding things to pinterest! Many of the etsy people are people I know and like to support their businesses.  It has happened already that I have liked something someone is knitting or crocheting and added it my queue and someone freaked out and contacted Heather to tell me to stop it! Please feel free to contact her if I do it to you! She'll tell me to back off!

Episode 149: It's a BOY!!!

Jetsetting:  Injury has healed for the most part. Little mark on my nose still... hoping it goes away.   Winter has been terrible.  But storms finally have subsided. We went 6 weeks without 3 days in a row with no snow... just ridiculous!  We finally have some melting going on, its getting muddy but I just can't complain! Episode 148: Redecorating

Jetsetting:  Work: been cold and snowy. but days are getting longer and I love it! Booked our pre-honeymoon warm up trip to Aruba last week. Mid May is the trip! So pumped! 22nd: Chicken attacked by Coyote. Shot twice, no sign since. Snow began: 8", then  23", then 14", then 6".  We are getting 6-10" today. Not far from where Honey works, they got 76" in 10 days. Oi Vey! Running out of places to put the snow, literally.  The good thing is that the storms have been so bad that our flying has been cancelled a lot.  Makes my stress level a lot lower. tomorrow may be a challenge.  Hangar roof Last Thursday night, I was trying to deice the plane and the prop spun and i walked right into it. Hence the black eye and cuts on my face.  Hurt more fri and saturday then it did when it happened actually.   Enroute:  Honey sweater Honey socks Shawls  Reservations:  Amazon winner.  Been crazy busy shipping out lots more sloth cards. Cleaning craft room still. Just so much stuff to organize  Pellet stove doing awesome! Fezzy, Chicken, Nickel and Dime remain. Eggs still flowing. Chicken was injured but has recovered.  They are sick of being cooped up. Episode 141: It's Been Awhile

  Jetsetting:  Up to see Heather and helped her finish Stitches prep.  Got to spend an entire week with my Honey! Lots of stuff done around the house, mortgage moving forward again with a new broker. Built a raised garden bed. Will fill it soon to prep for planting, which is still at least a month away considering how the weather has been.   Been tons of work around here, went flying with my honey a few times. Easter church with friends, ham dinner.  Dance lessons have continued forward. It has been so amazing and I can not WAIT to dance at my wedding!!! Its going to be so fun Work has been good. Some windy days, but nothing major lately.    Enroute:  2nd Sock still  of Breaking Heart Socks   Take Off:   Baby Surprise Jacket - blue and green  Reservations:  Amazon winner claimed. Waiting for payday(again)  Still working hard in the gym, 4-5 days  week and trying to hit 10k steps every day.  Stop slinging mud at others. There is so much more to be concerned about. Be kind and know that people have to deal with their own issues and it's not always personal.   Wedding Talk:  Dance lessons  Shoes picked 2nd dress fitting with hoop and shoes. bustle done and snap moved! That's it! WOOHOO! Programs have been ordered and samples printed to pick out the paper to use.  83 days to the wedding!

No exciting jetsetting! I love that the travel was so easy and uneventful. Not fun for you, but so non stressful for me.  Wed: Traveled, worked on decorations, picked up our car for the weekend.  Thursday: Painted, Cake Tasting, Menards trip, Sushi for bday, Dj meeting, Picked up Dress, Dropped off stuff for mom, Painted, met with officiant, painted some more  Friday: Walmart, Marriage License application, Met my mom's 3rd Grade class, toured mansions,  St. Cloud for hair bling, Caterer food tasting, more decorations at the venue, mom's for hair night while boys did tuxes and went out.  Saturday: Breakfast with gparents, Then I thought lunch with other gparents, but i got a surprise Bridal shower!!!!!! It was so awesome!!! Then a hockey game in the evening!!!  Sunday: lunch with cousin, then travel back to Maine.  Great super awesome trip.   Back to work, last minute dentist appointment, first dress fitting went awesome!!  SO EXCITED!!

Jetsetting:  Honey got sick with a cold. Then hospital, scopes, followups= lots of time with him home, but some scary stuff.  Post aentestic hilarity, knitting question from Dr, cribbage, Olympics, 34 boxes of flowers on plane on vday and lots of Shari's berries A Kathi award video!! Vday breakfast and flowers from honey, then a work surprise(not a good one) This week: work sucked. Car repairs cost a ton and now my windshield wipers dont work now! 3 storms, one cx'd flt, late dept and late trucks!  Honey did get me an awesome bday present: Gym membership! I like it so far! been twice and more tomorrow I hope!   Landed:  Rice packs - best thing ever Maggie's Leg warmers - forgot a picture of total finished object  Enroute:  Breaking Hearts Socks  Wingspan got a few minutes of love... 3 rows!  Holding:  None  Reservations:  Coupon from VictoriaBlue: 12th arrow  for $1 off her patterns No winners from Amazon drawing from January! did you buy these? I'll redraw next time! Blip/itunes - not sure how its gonna go  Wedding Talk:  Guest book finally shipped - machine broke down, but great communication UPS messed up Invitations ordered - shipping delay! silly UPS Chocolates I made a month ago are holding up well. Testing to see how long they will still look nice so I can plan schedule for making the chocolates for the wedding favors.  Dress arrival is delayed. But should arrive when we are home in March. Good communication as well Glad I'm planning well ahead, so the delays aren't hugely upsetting... just a little... although the worrier in me panics sometimes

Episode 136: Madness!

Jetsetting:  Lots of walking - making use of my time waiting for my freight to arrive. Passes the time and keeps me active. Going to keep working on strength training and foam rolling. It saved my neck when my chiro was on vacation. Tried a recipe from Everyday Paleo book. Working a small bit part time   My honey traded in his H2 for a new truck. Insurance went down, and gas will be cheaper so it all evens out! Wrestling Royal Rumble - I won! Go Batista!  Work has been great. Freezing cold, but great. I love the plane.
