The topics are interesting enough and the narrator’s voice is good enough. Music is not overly distracting. No irritating chatter or multiple blaring ads. However, I can’t take the odd unemotional reading pace of the narrator any longer. It feels like a very cold reading of a statement after a statement with no attempt to really engage the listener. Her vocal pattern is the same for each and every sentence. It’s like she loses interest in what she is reading by the end of a sentence. Her reading of the ads, intro, or ending comments are in a much more engaging style.  I was really hoping her delivery would improve, so I kept listening for quite a while. However, I just couldn’t make it through this last episode. I felt like she was just beating me up with each sentence, so I am deleting this podcast from my list.
