Coaching resistant clients can be frustrating--all you want to do is help, and the client is resistant. Some people in the coaching industry simply label such clients as “uncoachable” and say they should be “fired.” I suggest a different approach, because your clients don’t *want* to be resistant! They want help getting out of the resistance. This episode is full of questions that you can ask clients to help them get unhooked from resistant spaces, which will allow both you and the client to move forward.
