In Mark 4:20, we are told “…these are the ones sown on good ground, those who hear the Word, accept it, and bear fruit: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred.” All of us desire to be good ground, to see God’s Word bear its fruit in and through our lives. In Mark 4:13-29, Jesus shows us how to become the good ground we can be.

As we walk in God’s Kingdom, we discover there is a re-occurring theme, Satan tries repeatedly to try to get us to surrender to our lusts, circumstances, “the fleeting fashion of the age” (Romans 12:2), temptation, tests and trials. In other words, to wave the white flag! Yet, throughout the Old and New Testaments, the Lord encourages us not to lose our courage, our souls and our hearts, not to give up, throw in the towel, or wave the white flag! This series will strengthen your resolve, increase your “doggedness” and help you tap into the power of perseverance!
