Well, this is a great talk. The day I recorded this conversation, I felt a sense of anxiety growing inside my body. It was the day after Los Angeles was placed on a virtual lock down, but it's incredible what a face to face conversation can do for my state of mind. Today on the Spiritual Spiral, I am stoked to welcome actress, stuntwoman, personal trainer and all around bad-ass, Rachael Holoway to the show. I met Rachael almost two years ago at Training Mate which is hands down my favorite workout facility in Los Angeles. In the midst of this current crises, Luke Milton, the owner of Training Mate, quickly moved all classes to an online format. Rach and I talk about the insanity surrounding the current state of affairs and how it's impacting her life. She shares her overwhelming love and gratitude towards Training Mate and the family and sense of community that has been built there by Luke and his wife. Rach also shares some stories about her path as an actress and what it was like working with Jackie Chan.
