This week we are joined by Ms Rosemary Capa – Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Social Development and Member of Parliament for the African National Congress (ANC). We discuss key priorities of the Portfolio Committee on Social Development in its efforts to address poverty and inequality, especially amongst society’s vulnerable groups – such as women, children and people with disabilities.
