He was instrumental in expanding online learning options for campus-based and online students while simultaneously enhancing policies and practices to promote growth and innovation throughout the Kaplan organization. Wade Dyke CEO of Great Hearts America is interviewed by David Cogan of Eliances Heroes show amfm, iHeart radio. David and Wade discuss the values and culture at Great Hearts Academy schools. The schools work to cultivate truth, beauty, and goodness in all of its students one classroom at a time. More than 98 percent of graduating student from Great Hearts go on to college. His advice for students, "Do your homework, pay attention in class, and ask for help when you need it."
