".. It was raining pellets of tar all day every day .." In this episode I talk to my friend and former colleague Amy Christian. Amy has spent more than a decade traveling to the kind of places that are way off most people's bucket lists in her various roles working for NGOs.  In this conversation we discuss her experiences at Oxfam, in particular, the three years she spent living in Iraq.  We talk about content creation, travel and the urge for adventure, and we take a peak behind the scenes at her current job where she acts as a liaison between Unicef and the big social media networks. Episode 2: Amy Christian

The average human would pat themselves on the back and call it a life well lived if we could accomplish a huge feat like, say, a marathon. Amy Christian took it just a little bit further than the average human. Amy has completed upwards of 20 marathons, countless 50-mile trail runs (literally, she can't remember how many she has done) and even an almost impossible to comprehend 100-mile mountain climbing trail run. This woman has some serious grit! Amy throws out some serious life-lessons about just putting one foot in front of the other, focusing on forwarding progression at all times, and making small adjustments that yield huge results. Amy sincerely believes that any physical feat is possible for any person.
