Dancing ballet, lyrical, and jazz from a young age she knew she loved to dance but felt somewhat bored. Growing up Irish American, she was always in touch with her culture but it wasn't until she was 12 years old when her life was transformed. Her family brought her to see Riverdance and something inside of her clicked. She immediately switched to Irish Dance.  Later in college she had the idea to open her own Irish Dance School. 22. Opening an Irish Dance School with Cathleen Dower

Born and raised in Jersey. Cathleen has always had a passion for teaching and Irish Dance. Cathleen started her own Irish Dance School at 26. For the first four years she taught part time while also working full time as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2017 she took matter into her own hands and decided to leave the Corporate world and go all in on her business and dance school. Within one year she doubled her numbers and the school continues to grow. She truly believe in the quote, “You’re business grows to the extent that you do”, as she continues on her journey of entrepreneurship, Cathleen hopes to leave a legacy as well and inspire the next generation of business owners and entrepreneurs!
