Mark and Stephanie Manny are two accomplished ultramarathoners in the Hampton Roads running community. Many people are in awe of their ability to manage their careers, raise four children, and still train for and run ultramarathons. Steph and Mark are the first people I met in our running community over 13 years ago, and they are the kindest, most genuine people I know. They make our running community a better place. I was so glad I got to sit down and chat with them about how they met and eventually became a part of the tidewater running community.
