Mary E. and Steve Champagne will be bringing you the positive news of this community known as the "City By the Lake." Weekly we will be featuring news from the MCAS Athletic Department, brought to us compliments of Craig Shaman, MCAS Athletic Director. We will be taking a look at the girls basketball season through the direction of Coach Mike Megyese. The newest chef on the block Erik Tannehill is a pragmatic chef from Michigan City area. Currently turning a kitchen in the Pines Lounge into one of the tastiest places to dine in LaPorte County. Tune in to find out "What's Cooking Michigan City!"Also joining Mary E., is Herb Higgin and Sherri Silcox, to talk with us about United Way LaPorte and how it impacts Michigan City Area Schools and our After School Program, Safe Harbor. Music provided by "The City By the Lake" musicians.
