Melburnians will soon get their first taste of freedom as lockdown restrictions ease tonight.This step comes as the Australian state of Victoria records its second day with no new cases or deaths today.Australian Medical Association's Victorian President Julian Rait told Heather Du Plessis-Allan he's confident the states contact tracing and testing systems will keep the virus under control."Given that it's not eradicated outside of Australia and we still have ports open and other things, there's always a chance a returning traveller for example could spread it, so I think we have to start on alert." LISTEN ABOVE
