Todd has officially quit his W-2 job to become a full-time real estate investor and has modeled his company around working alongside non-profits in his community to provide housing for the massive demand of people needing a place to live. Todd shares his fascinating, yet relatable, story of his pursuit for a more "grander" life led by selfish ambitions, only to have God present him with an even better, more people-focused option. The majority of these are leased to local nonprofit organizations that provide housing for victims of human trafficking, domestic abuse, substance abuse recovery, reentry, and people suffering from homelessness and mental health issues. Todd and Katie recently partnered with fellow Kingdom REI Mastermind friends on a 48-unit apartment complex in Ankeny, Iowa. They are also interested in the motel/hotel/office conversion strategy to increase the number of affordable housing units in their community.
