I’m pretty bad at this, my friends. It’s a hard one for me—I love what I love and I stick to what I love. My integrative medicine doctor in NY stressed this randomness idea to me once and I panicked, “But I don’t want to go any day, ever, without matcha or avocados.” So, I understand the panic, but he told me that if I didn’t start switching it up, my body would become sensitive to the foods I love.
