On Wednesday 29 January 2014, the Cambridge University Students' Pro Bono Society hosted a talk at the Faculty of Law by Rebecca Hilsenrath, the CEO of LawWorks, entitled "Fewer Rights, More Injustice: Analysing Legal Aid Cuts". Rebecca Hilsenrath is the Chief Executive of LawWorks (the Solicitors’ Pro Bono Group) and the Chief Legal Officer of the Equality and Human Rights Commission. Prior to this, she worked at Linklaters and afterwards in the Government Legal Service.
